Questions before writing

Three things clients often ask

Do we have to begin with a full Bloom Side Desk review

No. Many clients begin with a single Stalk Row Round or a short Vase Fit Day, especially when one integration is clearly the problem. The Bloom Side Desk is the most thorough way to start, but the studio will always suggest the smallest piece of work that would make a real difference rather than the largest one that could be sold.

Can you work with a team that is spread across several cities

Yes. Much of the studio work happens remotely, and Seasonal Mix Sessions can be held over video when a visit is not practical. The physical table in Montréal is kept for conversations that simply go better in person, such as the opening review and the closing Wrap Paper Evenings.

What happens after the Wrap Paper Evenings are finished

The client keeps everything: the maps, the runbooks, the diagrams and the plain language notes. Nothing is locked behind the studio. Some clients then bring the work in house and hold an occasional Seasonal Mix Session for renewal, while others keep a standing season with the studio for ongoing care.
